4hw.com.cn: according to the unified deployment of the Ministry of education and the work arrangement of Shandong Province, we hereby announce the relevant matters concerning the qualification interview of primary and secondary school teachers in the first half of 2018 in Dezhou as follows:
1、 Application conditions
Candidates who apply for the interview for the qualification examination of primary and secondary school teachers in the first half of 2018 in Dezhou city shall meet the following conditions at the same time:
（1） Chinese citizens who do not reach the legal retirement age of the state, and whose household registration, work unit (school for studying students) or residence (residence permit is required) are in Dezhou City.
（2） For the qualification of kindergarten and primary school teachers, they should have college degree or above; for the qualification of junior middle school, senior middle school and secondary vocational school teachers of culture and professional courses, they should have bachelor degree or above; for the qualification of internship guidance teachers in secondary vocational school, they should have graduated from secondary vocational school or above, and they should have equivalent assistant workers Engineer or above professional technical position or intermediate or above worker technical level.
（3） Take part in the national unified written examination of teachers' qualification, and the scores of all subjects are qualified and within the validity period.
Students above grade 3 (inclusive) in general institutions of higher learning who meet the corresponding academic level (refers to students in full-time junior college, undergraduate grade 3 and above, and students in full-time undergraduate or graduate from full-time college) can apply for the examination with the student status certificate in school, and other students in school cannot apply for the examination.
2、 Application process
（1） Sign up online.
1. Registration time: April 19-22, of which, the registration time of practice teachers and students is April 20-22.
2. Registration method.
Candidates shall log in to the "primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network" (www.ntce. CN) of the examination center of the Ministry of education for online registration and registration within the specified registration time.
Generally, candidates should choose the test area (not marked with the words "Internship teachers' model students") in the city where they have their residence (residence permit is required) or residence (residence permit is required) as the test area.
For details of the requirements for the registration of the students, please refer to the instructions for the interview and registration of the students (see Annex 1).
3. Application requirements.
Candidates should select the test area and fill in the registration information carefully according to the regulations when registering. If the selection of the test area is wrong, the registration information is wrong, or the basic information of written examination registration is wrong in the first half of 2018, the audit institution will not pass the on-site qualification audit, resulting in failure to participate in the test normally, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
The photos uploaded by the candidates during the registration shall be the bareheaded positive ID photos of themselves in the past 6 months, and landscape photos, photo portraits, etc. are not allowed. The picture should show the top of the head and shoulder of the examinee. It is not allowed to wear hat, headscarf, hair band and sunglasses. This photo will be used for the examination permit and test certificate. Please select the photo according to the requirements when uploading the photo. If the photo does not meet the requirements, it may lead to the failure of on-site audit or affect the candidates to take the test. The corresponding responsibility shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
After the registration time expires, the registration system will be automatically closed, and candidates will no longer be accepted.
（2） On site audit.
Candidates from Dezhou test area shall hold the following materials to the designated place of each test area for qualification verification and confirmation on April 22-24.
