1. How to use Jingdou to pay orders?
Jingdou can be directly used to pay Jingdong website orders (except for investment gold and silver, collectibles and some virtual products that do not support Jingdou payment), select 'use Jingdou payment' on the shopping cart settlement page, enter the quantity of Jingdou, and the corresponding payment amount can be reduced or exempted.

2. What is the conversion ratio of Jingdou? How many Jingdou can be used at most per order?
The exchange ratio between Jingdou and RMB is 100:1, that is, 100 Jingdou is equivalent to RMB 1.
Physical order: Jingdou payment shall not exceed 50% of the settlement amount of each order. The number of Jingdou can be used as an integral multiple of 1000, such as 1000, 2000, 3000, etc.
Game point card and QQ recharge: for orders above 50 yuan, Jingdou can be used to deduct 20% of the amount
Movie tickets: for orders above 10 yuan, 50% of the amount can be deducted from Jingdou
3. How long is Jingdou valid
Jingdou obtained by users but not used will expire at the end of the next natural year. Jingdong will regularly void the expired Jingdou.
Jingdou has a maximum validity period of 2 years and a minimum validity period of 1 year, i.e. from the date of obtaining Jingdou to the end of the next year, the overdue transaction will be automatically voided (if there is a refund beyond the validity period of using Jingdou, this part of Jingdou will not be refunded).
The rules of Jingdou are not applicable to the commodities, comments and drying list of group purchase channel and treasure island channel of Jingdong website, and the rules of its separate publicity shall prevail.
4. Under what circumstances will Jingdou be deducted
A. Goods return and exchange: after you return the goods, you need to deduct Jingdou obtained from the goods. If Jingdou has been used in the account, the corresponding cash will be deducted from the refund amount of the goods. If there are other preferential policies in the order, the corresponding return procedures shall be handled according to other preferential rules.
B. In case of any of the following circumstances, JD has the right to deduct the corresponding Jingdou:
(1) When the order is rejected / cancelled after splitting:
1) If an order meeting the freight free condition is split into two or more sub orders, and the customer cancels / rejects the sub orders, if the remaining sub orders fail to meet the freight free condition, JD has the right to compensate the corresponding freight by withholding JD (100 JD is equivalent to 1 yuan freight). If the amount of JD in the customer's account is not enough to be deducted, the order will be cancelled by linkage. If some or all of the remaining sub orders have been signed in and the order cannot be cancelled in linkage, JD has the right to deduct the existing and newly acquired Jingdou in the customer's account at any time to compensate for the corresponding freight.
2) If an order that does not meet the freight free condition (that is, an order that needs to pay freight) is split into two or more sub documents, the freight amount of the order will remain the same after the customer cancels / rejects some of the sub documents. In case of overpaid freight, JD has the right to compensate the corresponding overpaid freight by withholding Jingdou (100 Jingdou equivalent to 1 yuan freight).
(2) After rejecting an order for more than a certain number of times (more than once a month, more than three times a year), the system will deduct 500 Jingdou from the customer as compensation for each rejection, except for the corresponding freight.
Jingdou deduction rule: in a month, if the number of rejection is more than one, Jingdou will not be deducted for the first rejected order, and 500 Jingdou will be deducted for each order rejected for the second or more times (the rule of Jingdou deduction for more than three times a year is the same as the above);
C. In the main page of the delivery clerk of JD app client (only iPhone and Android mobile platforms are supported), when users participate in the interactive link of gift giving of the delivery clerk, the number of Jingdou corresponding to the gift will be deducted.
