4hw.com.cn: in accordance with the spirit of the regulations on the administration of personnel in public institutions (order 652 of the State Council) and the Interim Provisions on the public recruitment of personnel in public institutions (order 6 of the Ministry of personnel), in order to meet the employment needs of public institutions in our city and promote the economic construction and social development of our city, we have decided to open recruitment of a number of staff in public institutions. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Recruitment unit, position and number of employees
Huangshi public institutions plan to recruit 285 positions and 407 staff for the public. For details of recruitment units, positions, number of employees and relevant requirements, please refer to the list of positions of public recruitment staff in Huangshi City in 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the list of positions, see Annex 1).
2、 Application conditions
（1） Basic conditions
1. Having the nationality of the people's Republic of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the people's Republic of China and enjoy civil and political rights;
3. Have good conduct, abide by the work discipline of public institutions, and be willing to perform the obligations of the staff of public institutions;
4. Have the education level, professional (skill) conditions and business ability for normal performance of duties;
5. Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post;
6. Other qualifications required by the post.
（2） Those who are under any of the following circumstances shall not take the open recruitment examination
1. Being punished (punished) by Party discipline, political discipline or criminal punishment;
2. Being subject to disciplinary review, judicial investigation or audit on suspicion of violating laws and disciplines;
3. Those who are found to have serious violations of disciplines and regulations in the civil servant recruitment and public recruitment examinations of public institutions are still within the period of examination ban;
4. Non 2018 fresh graduates of active servicemen and universities;
5. Personnel who constitute the withdrawal relationship after employment (see article 27 of order No. 6 of the Ministry of personnel for details);
6. Failing to terminate the labor (employment) contract or labor (personnel) relationship with the unit, the unit does not agree to apply for the examination;
7. Other situations of non employment as stipulated by laws, regulations and policies.
3、 Application method and schedule
（1） Registration method
The registration, preliminary examination and inquiry, payment and printing of the examination permit of this open recruitment examination are all conducted through Hubei Provincial Personnel Examination Network (entry). Candidates can also query the recruitment announcement and position information through the following websites: Huangshi Municipal People's government website, Huangshi Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website, Huangshi personnel examination website.

（2） Timing
1. Registration time: 9:00 on April 8 to 17:00 on April 15, 2018. At 17:00, the registration system is automatically closed.
2. Preliminary qualification examination time: from 9:00 on April 8 to 17:00 on April 16, 2018, the recruitment unit conducts preliminary qualification examination online, and candidates can synchronously query the preliminary qualification examination results.
3. Payment confirmation time: from 9:00 on April 8 to 17:00 on April 17, 2018, the online payment confirmation of the candidates (each candidate shall pay 100 yuan of the examination fee). During the payment period, applicants who fail to confirm the payment on schedule shall be deemed to give up automatically. College students in rural areas and urban minimum living security personnel, first register online to pay, and then refund at the written examination site.
4. Printing time of examination permit: from 9:00 on May 21 to 9:00 on May 26, 2018, the successful candidates print the examination permit.
