4hw.com.cn: according to the regulations on personnel management of public institutions, the Interim Measures of Gansu Province on public recruitment of public institutions and relevant policies and regulations, combined with the actual work needs, it has been decided through research that 1100 staff will be publicly recruited for public institutions in the city. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
Application conditions
（1） Having the nationality of the people's Republic of China and enjoying the basic political rights of citizens.
（2） Abide by the Constitution and laws and conduct well.
（3） Have the education background, major, professional qualification and skills required for recruitment. Among them:
1. The education background and major (major direction) marked on the same Diploma of the applicant shall be consistent with the education background and major (major direction) range required by the recruitment position.
2. The professional name shall be determined by referring to the professional directory of civil servant examination and the professional directory of the Ministry of education.
3. The post education and professional requirements of "employment project personnel limited to people's livelihood" shall be determined according to the requirements of the selection and examination of actual employment project of people's livelihood in that year.
（4） The age is over 18 and under 35 (born between April 16, 1983 and April 16, 2000). The age of master's postgraduates was relaxed to 40 years old (born after April 16, 1978), and that of doctoral postgraduates to 45 years old (born after April 16, 1973). Among them:
1. Applicants with multiple levels of education shall register according to the age conditions consistent with the education and major required by the position.
2. There is no age limit for the 2017 and 2018 unemployed college graduates and the people's livelihood practical employment project personnel to apply for the examination.
（5） The candidates for the position of "limited employment project for people's livelihood" shall be selected from the practical employment project for people's livelihood of graduates of colleges and universities in the whole province to all Township institutions (including township health centers, township primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, township agricultural technology, animal husbandry, culture, social security and other central stations) in the county for five years (selected in 2012 and before), and shall pass the annual assessment Personnel of the first class, not included in the establishment management of the enterprise and still on duty at present. There is no restriction on the household registration of other recruitment posts.
（6） Have the physical conditions to meet the requirements of the post and other requirements of the recruitment post.
（7） If the recruitment position clearly requires work experience, the candidate must have corresponding work experience. Among them:
1. '5 years of teaching experience in primary schools' refers to 5 years or more of discipline teachers who have held positions in County, district and township schools. The relevant certificates issued by the public schools shall be provided during the qualification review, and shall be sealed and confirmed by the Township Education workstation and the county and District Education Bureau. The teaching experience of private schools shall be regarded as the teaching experience of grass-roots schools, and relevant certificates of private schools and employment contracts (labor contracts) or payroll (sealed by the school) shall be provided during qualification review.
2. 'more than 3 years of accounting experience' refers to 3 years or more of accounting or financial management in various state organs, institutions and enterprises. The work experience certificate of the unit shall be provided during qualification review.
3. The working experience time of the staff of institutions and state-owned enterprises shall be calculated from the date of approval of employment or employment. 'serve four project personnel at the grassroots level' and 'people's livelihood practical project personnel'. The working experience at the grassroots level is calculated from the date of approval of selection and employment. For the staff of other organizations or units, the working experience time at the grass-roots level shall be calculated from the starting time agreed in the work agreement, labor contract, etc.
4. The deadline for calculating grassroots work experience is April 16, 2018.
（8） According to the regulations on the withdrawal of civil servants (for Trial Implementation), candidates are not allowed to apply for the positions that constitute the withdrawal relationship after recruitment.
