Sihaiwang: Mary and the flower of the witch is the first long animated film produced by studio ponoc, directed by Millin Hongchang. The film is adapted from the little broomstick, a children's novel published by British writer Mary stewar in 1971. It is mainly about a magic adventure of 11 year old ordinary girl Mary going to the devil's country.
The film was released in Japan on July 8, 2017. Taiwan, China, is represented by garage entertainment, which was released on September 1 of the same year. Hong Kong, China, represented by Anle Film Co., Ltd., was released on December 21 of the same year. It was released in mainland China on April 28, 2018.

Mary, the protagonist who just moved to the red house village, found the magic flower in the forest which bloomed once every seven years.
