What's the matter with American parachute school? How can American parachutes land in Japanese middl

In recent years, the U.S. military in Japan has frequently dropped objects from high altitude, and there are a variety of things falling - fuel tank cover, cabin door, fighter parts, and even parachutes. On April 10, a Tokyo student revealed that a US parachute was found on the school's tennis court. The U.S. military later confirmed that some soldiers abandoned the parachute during the landing training because it failed to open, and changed it to a standby parachute. No one was injured in the incident.
