2018 Chongqing's latest Hong Kong and Macao pass handling fee standard
Charging standard for pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao: RMB 100 per pass is reduced to RMB 80 per pass.
Charging standard for endorsement of pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao:
(1) The first effective endorsement is reduced from 20 yuan to 15 yuan per piece, the second effective endorsement is reduced from 40 yuan to 30 yuan per piece, and the short-term (no more than one year) multiple effective endorsement is reduced from 100 yuan to 80 yuan per piece;
(2) For more than one year (excluding one year) and less than two years (including two years), the number of effective endorsements reduced from 150 yuan per piece to 120 yuan per piece;
(3) For more than two years and less than three years (excluding three years), the number of valid endorsements reduced from 200 yuan per piece to 160 yuan per piece;
(4) Long term (more than three years, including three years) effective endorsements reduced from 300 yuan per piece to 240 yuan per piece.
Conditions for Chongqing Hong Kong and Macao pass
Residents with permanent residence in Chongqing who participate in the group travel to Hong Kong or Macao organized by the national tourism administration can apply for the group travel endorsement. Residents with permanent residence in Chongqing Yuzhong District, Jiangbei District, Jiulongpo District, high tech Zone, Shapingba District, Nan'an District, Yubei District, economic development zone, Jiangjin District, Hechuan District, Yongchuan District, Wanzhou District, Fuling District, Banan District, Beibei District, Changshou District and Dadukou District can apply for personal tourism endorsement to Hong Kong and Macao.
Non Chongqing registered employment personnel, non Chongqing registered schooling personnel, non Chongqing registered spouses and children of non Chongqing registered personnel can directly apply for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan pass in Chongqing.
