If an employer arranges an employee to work outside the legal standard working hours after completing the planned quota task, the employee shall pay his / her wages in accordance with the above-mentioned principles and at least 150%, 200% and 300% of the piece rate of his / her legal working hours.

If an enterprise is approved by the labor and Social Security Bureau of a city, district or county to implement the system of comprehensive calculation of working hours, the part of its comprehensive calculation of working hours that exceeds the statutory standard working hours shall be paid to the workers in accordance with the above provisions.

The above-mentioned provisions shall not be implemented by the workers who implement the system of irregular working hours.
