What are the contents of the payslip? What are the legal provisions of the payslip

When you get your salary every month, you will receive a payslip. But can you really read the payslip? What's on the payslip? Let's take a look at the payslip.

The wage slip is not only the written evidence for the unit to pay the laborer's wages, but also the legal evidence for the determination of the labor contract relationship in the labor dispute if the laborer can know the income, social security and welfare of the laborer in time.

Payslip

According to the Interim Provisions on wage payment (LBF [1994] No. 489) formulated by the former Ministry of labor, the employer must record in writing the amount, time, name and signature of the payee, and keep them for more than two years for future reference. When paying wages, the employer shall provide the laborer with a list of his personal wages.

Look at the distribution time

To get the payslip, first of all, it depends on whether it is paid according to the time stipulated in the labor contract. The employing unit shall pay the wage at least once a month. In case of statutory holidays or rest days, if the wage is paid through the bank, the wage shall not be delayed; if the wage is directly paid, the wage shall be paid in advance. In case of arrears of wages, it shall report to the labor supervision department in a timely manner.

To see if the total wage and items are correct

After receiving the payslip, it depends on whether the above figures are paid according to the amount signed in the labor contract. The employing unit shall not replace the monetary wage with the material object.

Except for endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, individual payment fee, housing fund and individual income tax, other items shall not be deducted except for special circumstances. The unit shall not adjust the agreed itemized wages at will.
