Due to work needs, according to the spirit of Interim Measures for public recruitment of personnel in public institutions of Zhejiang Province (zhetren [2007] No. 184), guidance on further strengthening public recruitment of public institutions (zhrssf [2012] No. 194) issued by Zhejiang Provincial Department of human resources and social security of Organization Department of Zhejiang provincial Party committee and the unified arrangement of the province, some public institutions of Dinghai District have decided to face the situation in the near future Public recruitment of staff. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Recruitment plan
It is planned to recruit 28 staff of public institutions to the public. For the specific recruitment positions and plan number, please refer to the 2018 public recruitment plan for some public institutions in Dinghai District (Annex 1).
2、 Information release platform
（1） Dinghai portal (http://www.dinghai.gov.cn).
（2） Zhoushan personnel examination website (www.zsrsks. Gov.cn).
Among them, Dinghai portal is the only platform to release examination, qualification examination, score query, physical examination, investigation, publicity and other relevant information. The specific query way is Dinghai portal - Information Disclosure - personnel information - recruitment of public institutions. 3、 Recruitment conditions
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the people's Republic of China and have good conduct;
2. Strong sense of career and responsibility;
3. Have physical conditions suitable for the post requirements;
4. The age requirement is under 35 (i.e. born after April 17, 1983);
5. Zhoushan's registered permanent residence shall be subject to the registered permanent residence on April 17, 2018; the source of students refers to the registered permanent residence at the time of college entrance examination and admission;
6. In case of applying for the examination by the staff of government agencies and institutions, the certificate of approval of the unit and competent department shall be issued during the reexamination of interview qualification (see Annex 2 for the format);
7. Meet other requirements of the post.
The following persons shall not apply for examination:
(1) Those who have been identified as cheating in the examination and practicing fraud in the personnel recruitment and are still within the period of not applying for the examination;
(2) Those who belong to one of the four categories stipulated in Article 4 of the notice of the State Civil Service Bureau on doing a good job in the recruitment and investigation of civil servants (Guo Gong Ju Fa [2013] No. 2) should not apply for the public recruitment of this institution (except for the post of the police auxiliary service center of Dinghai District branch of Zhoushan Public Security Bureau); those who belong to the Interim Measures for the recruitment and investigation of the people's police of Zhejiang public security organs (Zhejiang public security bureau) Article 10 and 11 of Tong Zi [2016] No. 12 stipulate that the personnel who are not suitable for employment shall not apply for the post of police auxiliary service center of Dinghai District branch of Zhoushan Public Security Bureau; the candidates shall not apply for the post with the avoidance listed in Article 30 of temporary measures for public recruitment of personnel by public institutions of Zhejiang Province;
(3) At present, the non-2018 fresh graduates who are studying in full-time colleges and universities out of production cannot apply for the examination with the acquired academic qualifications and degrees;
(4) Personnel under other circumstances who are not allowed to be employed as staff members of public institutions according to laws and regulations.
The calculation of qualification conditions or relevant qualifications is as of April 17, 2018. It can not be regarded as work experience to participate in social practice, internship and part-time job while studying in full-time colleges and universities.
Before April 17, 2018, those who have passed the self-study examination of higher education, the adult higher education diploma examination and obtained the graduation certificate can apply for the examination if they meet the qualification requirements.
Overseas students shall obtain the certificate of overseas education and degree issued by the China Service Center for studying abroad of the Ministry of education, which shall be deemed as the same education and degree of full-time ordinary colleges and universities.
For college students' village officials, the candidates are: those who have participated in Dinghai District, Putuo District, Putuoshan Zhujiajian Management Committee, and Xincheng Management Committee's College Students' village officials' project service for 2 years, who are all competent and above in the annual assessment over the years, and who are still in service positions; those who have participated in Dinghai District, Putuo District, Putuoshan Zhujiajian Management Committee, and Xincheng Management Committee's College Students' village officials' project service for 2 appointments The personnel who are competent or above and who have left the service post for less than 3 years.
