In order to meet the needs of some public institutions in our county and speed up the construction of "four Daishan", according to the notice of the Department of personnel of Zhejiang Province on the Interim Measures for public recruitment of personnel by public institutions in Zhejiang Province (zhetren [2007] No. 184) and the report of the Organization Department of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the Department of human resources and social security of the CPC Central Committee The first step is to standardize the public recruitment of public institutions & gt; notice (zhrssf [2010] No. 381) and the spirit of the guidance on further strengthening public recruitment of public institutions (zhrssf [2012] No. 194) issued by the Organization Department of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the Department of human resources and social security. After research, it is decided to organize and implement the public recruitment of some public institutions in our county in a unified way Personnel work. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Recruitment plan
There are 41 planned employees for this open recruitment. Please refer to the staff plan of Daishan public recruitment institutions in 2018 (Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the plan) for the specific planned recruitment units, positions, number and specialties.
2、 Information release platform

Among them, the website of Daishan County Human Resources and social security bureau is the only platform for releasing examination, physical examination, investigation and other relevant information.
3、 Scope, object and conditions of recruitment
In addition to the basic conditions stipulated in the Interim Measures for public recruitment of personnel by public institutions of Zhejiang Province, the candidates shall also meet the following conditions:
（1） Daishan student source or Daishan household registration (the place of student source refers to the place where the household registration is located at the time of college entrance examination and admission, and the household registration is subject to the place where the household registration is located on April 17, 2018); if there are other requirements for the student source or household registration in some positions in the schedule, the requirements in the schedule shall be followed;
（2） Please refer to the schedule for age, education background and major requirements;
（3） Overseas students shall provide the certificate of overseas education and degree issued by the China Service Center for studying abroad of the Ministry of education, which shall be deemed to be the same as that of full-time ordinary colleges and universities;
（4） At present, the non-2018 fresh graduates who are studying in full-time colleges and universities out of production cannot apply for the examination with the acquired academic qualifications and degrees;
（5） If a trainee is appointed to apply for the examination, the consent of the entrusted training unit shall be obtained;
（6） The official staff of government agencies and institutions can not apply for the examination; the personnel who belong to one of the four situations stipulated in Article 4 of the notice on doing a good job in the recruitment and investigation of civil servants (Guo Gong Ju Fa [2013] No. 2) issued by the state civil service bureau should not apply for the public recruitment of public institutions; the personnel who should not apply for the examination and the recruitment unit has the Interim Measures for public recruitment of public institutions in Zhejiang Province Article 30 the positions listed in the avoidance situations; the personnel under other situations who are not allowed to be employed as staff members of public institutions as stipulated by laws and regulations shall not apply for examination.
The recruitment target for college students' village officials' position refers to those who have participated in the service of College Students' village officials' project in our province for more than 2 years, who have been qualified and above in the annual assessment of previous years, and who are still in the service position of our county; those who have participated in the service of College Students' village officials' project for more than 2 employment periods, who have been qualified and above in the annual assessment of previous years, and who have left the service position of our county for less than 3 years.
The work experience, service period and other relevant qualification time involved in this recruitment shall be calculated as of April 17, 2018. Participation in social practice, internship and part-time job during the period of studying in full-time school cannot be regarded as work experience.
Before April 17, 2018, those who have passed the self-study examination of higher education, the adult higher education diploma examination and obtained the graduation certificate can apply for the examination if they meet the qualification requirements.
