Can I get a marriage certificate from other places
1、 If one party is local and the other is non local, it can be handled; if both parties are non local accounts, it cannot be handled.
According to Article 4 of the marriage registration regulations, when a mainland resident marries, both men and women shall jointly go to the marriage registration authority of the place where one party's permanent residence is.
