Do rabbits need molars? Why grind the rabbit's teeth?

The white rabbit is believed to be the favorite of many children. Many people have the habit of raising small animals. For families that raise small rabbits, they must remember to buy molars for rabbits, or they will starve to death because their teeth are too long to refuse food!

In nature, rabbits can achieve the effect of grinding teeth because they eat a lot of hay (please remember: all the teeth of rabbits are growing continuously throughout their lives, so they have to keep grinding teeth to maintain a certain length, but human rabbits often have too long teeth because there is not enough hay for grinding teeth).

In general, the length of incisors is too long, mostly related to the length of molars. But the rabbit's mouth is very small. Unless there is a way to keep the rabbit still so that the vet can open his mouth, he usually can't see the teeth inside. The problem of long molars is very troublesome. First, it's not easy to find out. Second, when it's serious, it will grow teeth and stab into the rabbit's eye socket, causing infection (the rabbit's eyeball will protrude), or blocking the lacrimal gland, causing infection. When it's serious, it will cause death of the rabbit. Teeth stab is a very troublesome thing, because in order to cure it, all teeth must be pulled out, and there is a place at the bottom of the eyes, which is difficult to be treated.
