Difference between golden and green awns

Daqingmang and jinhuangmang are two names of a variety. The reason for confusion is that they are confused about the color. How is Golden Mango ripe

Jinhuang is a good variety, with a powerful and noble image. Through bagging, it can reduce pests and diseases, avoid residues caused by direct spraying of pesticides, and improve its quality. Jinhuang has a thin core, accounting for only 4-5% of the fruit weight; it is sweet, with sugar content of over 17 degrees; it has very few fibers, tender and smooth meat, excellent taste, rich fragrance, transportation resistance, and long shelf life. These advantages determine the necessity of Jinhuang becoming the largest mango variety in Hainan. At the same time, in addition to direct consumption, Jinhuang is also widely used in hotel dishes and juice drinks, and has a broader prospect in processing derivatives.

Place in the room, pay attention to the constant temperature during storage. When it is a little soft, mango has a high maturity. It tastes best when eaten.

If the quantity is small, just put it in the newspaper for a day or two.

If you have more, you can spray quicklime and water on the straw paper, put the straw paper on the bottom of the carton, and then put the mango on top of the box.

Note that the straw paper in contact with mango should not be too wet. This is also the ripening method for retail in Hainan. It saves money and is not easy to break. If you use the ripening agent, the mango will break if you can't sell it in a few days.

In general, after mango is cut, it is stored in refrigerator or low temperature. If there is no deterioration reaction, it can still be eaten.

2. Inedible condition

Mango is rich in fructose, fruit acid, vitamins and other nutrients, and its juice is rich. Under normal temperature, it provides sufficient environment for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, and it is easy to breed bacteria, resulting in corruption and deterioration. When mango has a peculiar smell, and the texture is very soft and greasy, it is not suitable to continue to eat.
