How to deal with the cancellation of internship driving license?

Since July 1, 2013, Shanghai public security traffic management department has implemented that those who have been cancelled, revoked or revoked their motor vehicle driving licenses by Shanghai public security traffic management department can directly accept examination applications (only accept examination applications of C1 and C2 quasi driving models) in three branch offices of the vehicle management office without passing the driving school training.
