Materials submitted for temporary residence permit
1. Resident identity card or identity certificate issued by the public security organ of origin.
2. In case of temporary residence in this city, the original household register or ID card (copy) of the owner shall be submitted. In case of temporary residence in the rental house, the legal rental procedures or agreements shall be submitted. If the address of the certificate is inconsistent with the actual temporary address of the handling witness, the owner shall indicate the detailed address of the handling witness.
3. For those who need to apply for the temporary residence permit collectively within the organs, groups, troops, enterprises, institutions and construction sites, the register of temporary residence permit shall be submitted with the official seal of the floating population's name, gender, domicile location, detailed address of temporary residence, citizenship number, service location, contact information and other basic information.
4. For temporary stay in hotels, restaurants, guest houses and other hotel business units, submit the certificate of stay issued by the temporary stay in hotel business unit.

Procedures for temporary residence permit
(1) my legal and valid identity documents and three recent one inch black and white bareheaded photos.
(2) in case of temporary residence (farming) in the city, the household register of the head of household shall be submitted; in case of temporary residence in the rental house, the legal rental procedures of the house shall also be submitted; in case of temporary residence in the unit, the unit shall issue the retention certificate.
(3) the non local personnel (unless otherwise specified) who have been temporarily resident in Beijing for more than five years according to the temporary residence certificate issued by the management station or the committee shall apply for a temporary residence permit from the temporary residence police station. Non local people who have stayed in Beijing for more than one year but less than five years and have no criminal record in the near future (unless otherwise specified) shall apply to the local police station of the temporary residence for type B temporary residence permit. Non migrant workers and businessmen who come to Beijing for less than one year or who come to Beijing to engage in activities such as business and work, and who have a legitimate source of life and legal temporary residence shall apply for type C temporary residence permit from the temporary residence police station.
