The wired broadband network cable is inserted into the wireless routing WAN port, and then a network cable is used to directly connect your laptop (or desktop) from the LAN port. Then open the browser, input 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 (see the manual for details), input the management account and password, which are generally admin, enter the setup wizard, fill in step by step, make a choice according to the broadband source, if it is ADSL, fill in the user name and password, if it is broadband with fixed IP address or not, fill in Required information.
For the sake of data and wireless network security, go to the special wireless column to start the key. Generally, select the WEP mode, fill in the key you want to set, pay attention to the number of key bits, see the page prompts, and then select the route to restart in the route, instead of manually powering off, and then OK. Search the route signal, and enter the preset password, OK.
The steps of router setting are as follows:
First of all, if there is a wireless router, first connect the power supply, then plug in the Internet cable, and then plug in the WAN port (generally the blue port), and then plug in any LAN port with the network cable connected to the computer.

Step 5: click next to enter the setting of Internet access mode. We can see three options of Internet access mode. If your home is dial-up, use PPPoE. Dynamic IP can be used when the computer is directly plugged into the network. There is a DHCP server on the upper layer. Static IP is usually dedicated or cell bandwidth. The upper layer does not have a DHCP server or wants to fix IP. I chose PPPoE because I dialed.

Step 6: to select PPPoE for dial-up Internet access, you need to fill in the internet account and password, which should be understood by everyone. When you open broadband, there will be an account and password. Just fill in it.

Step 7: the next step is to enter the wireless settings. We can see the channel, mode, security options, SSID and so on. Generally, SSID is a name, which you can fill in at will. Then the mode mostly uses 11bgn. For wireless security options, we need to choose WPA PSK / WPA2 PSK, so as to ensure the security, so as not to let others break and scratch the network.
