1. Check water and electricity carefully
Water and electricity inspection is the most important project for acceptance. The owner can require the decoration company to carry out pressure test, and the owner is better to attend in person to see if there is water leakage. At the same time, you can pour a basin of water in the toilet to see if there is any ponding. Electric power is also an important project. The professional electricians of the decoration company are invited to carry out electric power inspection. When the owner checks and accepts, the lamp can be turned on to see whether the power supply is normal or not. If any problem is found, it can be repaired in time.
2. The wall should be flat
The flatness of the wall directly affects the overall appearance, so the first thing to be done during the acceptance is to confirm whether the wall is flat and whether there is any sign of cracking, which can be directly observed by the naked eye by each owner, and where the problems are raised in time;
3. Site cleaning
After finishing the decoration, we don't say that we should be as spotless as the owner of the house at ordinary times, but at least the floor, countertop and windowsill should be clean and tidy, and there is no redundant decoration waste;
4. Environmental protection of furniture
General furniture is the most likely to lead to excessive formaldehyde in the house. When checking and accepting, you should smell the furniture to see if it has a pungent smell. Try to choose good wood for decoration;
5. Environmental monitoring is the best
After the decoration acceptance, it is better to ventilate in time. In winter, it is better to be between 1:00 noon and 3:00 pm. If there is any irritant smell after 5 days, it is better to conduct environmental protection monitoring. It is necessary to emphasize that the best furniture should not be moved in soon, so as to avoid the responsibility wrangles caused by unqualified air quality.
During the decoration acceptance, the details of wall top coating project shall be solid and firm, without peeling, pulverization and crack. It is strictly prohibited to peel, Miss brush or penetrate the bottom of emulsion paint. There is no sagging or wrinkle on the large surface. The surface color is the same and there is no obvious brush mark.
Attention shall be paid to the following places for decoration acceptance
1. The hot and cold water switches, faucets and sprinklers in the toilet are installed in a flat and flexible way. They can be opened and closed several times during the acceptance to check whether the water flow changes with the opening size of the water throttle. The drainage pipeline shall be smooth, free from slope, blockage and leakage, and the floor drain grate shall be slightly lower than the ground. During acceptance, the water shall be filled repeatedly and then discharged to check whether the drainage is smooth.
2. After the completion of electrical engineering construction, necessary inspection and test shall be carried out, such as lighting test, switch test control, and repeated switch for several times. Check whether the line meets the requirements of live wire in switch and zero wire in lamp head, and the socket shall meet the requirements of left zero right fire and grounding on. The switch and socket panel shall be installed firmly, with correct position, upright cover plate, smooth and clean surface, close to the wall, and no gap around. The height of switches or sockets in the same room shall be the same. When the project is completed, the construction company shall ask for the wiring completion diagram, indicating the conductor specification and concealed pipe direction.
3. The four wall and floor tiles shall be laid flat and firm, with even joints, and local hollowing shall not exceed 5% of the total amount. The ground waterproof layer around the kitchen and toilet shall be turned up at the contact with the wall, which shall be no less than 250mm higher than the ground. The surface layer of water on the ground is sloped to the floor drain, without reverse flashing or ponding, and there is no leakage in the 24-hour water storage test.
4. The doors and windows must be installed firmly, horizontally and vertically, with the same height. The doors and windows shall be opened flexibly without blocking or rebounding. Complete hardware accessories. The installation position of the door lock is correct, and the switch is flexible and effective. After the installation of doors and windows, the surface shall be clean, and the large surface shall be free of scratches and bruises. The large surface of the paint film shall be smooth, even in thickness and free of pores. Fine wood products, such as curtain boxes, heating hoods, wood parapets, wood partitions, door and window covers, skirting boards and decorative lines, must be firmly nailed to the base without looseness. The lining plate and the panel must be firmly bonded, without layer or bulge. The paint shall be smooth, smooth and uniform in color.
