How to clean the stainless steel pot when it is black

Nowadays, most of the cooking utensils in the kitchen are made of stainless steel. If the stainless steel pot is burned black accidentally, or there are a lot of dirt on the pot body, how can you remove it? Don't worry, I'll teach you how to remove these dirt skillfully, so that the pot can be reborn.

Daily maintenance of stainless steel pot

I. The stainless steel pot is blackened and handled skillfully

1. If you want to scrape the burnt food off the bottom of the pot, do not hang it with a kitchen knife, metal spatula, steel wire ball and other hard objects. You can hang it with bamboo, wood chips, or useless phone cards or magnetic cards. It doesn't need too much force to scrape. If the card is made of hard plastic, it can also be used to scrape the dirt on the gas stove.

2. Add a little vinegar and heat the water for a while to wash it off.

3. There is a unique skill, which is easy not to spread. In summer, pour some rice into the pot and let it ferment naturally. 2 days later, after smelling the acid, remove the dust by hand

4. Dry it for a while with a small fire, sprinkle salt when smoking, shake it for a minute, then close the fire, and then wipe it again, so that it can be removed cleanly without leaving the bottom or paste smell.

5. Use the cleaning ball and washing powder to wipe off the blackened part of the bottom of the pot.

6. Apply toothpaste, dip a cloth with water and rub it hard. It's economical and doesn't hurt the pot, but it may take a little effort.

7. Soak it in high concentration sodium hydroxide aqueous solution (for example, 100g of water and 50g of sodium hydroxide, because of strong corrosion, wear acid and alkali resistant gloves, which cannot be used for cleaning aluminum products), and then scrape it with steel wire ball. If "sodium percarbonate or sodium perborate" is found, it can be directly poured into boiling water, then added with boron or carbon, soaked to the water temperature and then poured out. The former is to remove the burnt oil and the latter is to remove the color after burning yellow.

8. Remove the scorched scale of the flat bottom pot, add water and boil it, add a small amount of detergent, put it for one night, and then scrub it to remove it. A layer of oil is required after scrubbing.

9. The stainless steel pot is easy to be stained with black dirt and hard to wash. Now, just add water to the larger pot at home, put some pineapple peel into it, and then put the smaller pot into it. Boil it for 20 minutes, then take it out cold, and all the pots are bright as new!

10. After the stainless steel pot is burnt, there will be some burnt food stuck on the pot, which is difficult to remove. We can soak it in water for a period of time, and it will be easy to remove after it is softened.

11. Shanlihong can be used to paste the bottom of the pot for cooking and cooking. If the bottom of the pot is pasted, put some shanlihong into the pot, add some cold water and boil it (don't dry it), and the paste will be removed soon.

12. To paste tomatoes on the bottom of the pot, cook some tomatoes that are not very good in the pot, and they will fall off naturally.

13. Beer and liquor to paste the bottom of the pot if you accidentally paste the pot when cooking, the bottom of the pot has a pot, if it is not easy to brush off, you can pour in a little liquor and beer and a small amount of water (the ratio is 2:2:1) to mix, and the cover is placed for 5 minutes, then it is easy to brush and clean.

14. Remove the apple skin or pear skin to paste the bottom of the pot and cook with apple skin or pear skin and water, then it is easy to clean.

15. Go to the bottom of the orange paste pot, cut some oranges and put them in the pot to boil. If it's stuffy for one night, the paste residue will turn up the next day, and it's easy to remove.

16. When the metal utensils are rusty, wash them with salt and lemon juice, which can quickly remove the rust and polish the utensils to make them bright.

II. Precautions when using stainless steel pot

1. Because the thermal conductivity of stainless steel is small, the heat dissipation at the bottom is slow, and the temperature is easy to concentrate, the fire power should not be too large when using stainless steel cookers, and the heating surface at the bottom should be wide and even as far as possible, so as to save fuel and avoid food burning at the bottom of the pot.

2. Stainless steel pots and pans shall not collide with sharp and hard objects, so as to avoid scratches and dents affecting the appearance and sealing performance.

3. After a period of use, there will be a layer of mist on the surface of stainless steel to make the surface of cooking utensils dark. At this time, it can be wiped with a soft cloth stained with dirt powder or detergent to restore the brightness. If the outer surface is blackened by smoke, this method can also be used.

4. When using stainless steel pot, do not let the bottom of the pot have water stains. Especially when it is used on the coal ball furnace, because the coal ball contains sulfur, sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxides will be produced when it is burned. Once it meets water, it will generate sulphite and sulfuric acid, which will corrode the bottom of the boiler.

III. treatment method of stainless steel pot dirt

You can mix two spoonfuls of vinegar with 200ml of warm water, and then dip sponge and loofah pulp into this kind of "hot vinegar water" to clean the stainless steel pot, so as to make it as bright as new. It can also be mixed with 500ml hot water and 30g baking soda. It can also be dipped with Loofah pulp to remove oil stains in stainless steel pot easily. If the oil scale in the stainless steel pot is stubborn, you can directly sprinkle baking soda in the stainless steel pot, and then wipe it with a cloth.

Dip a rag in the coarse salt used for pickles, it's easy to 'rub' the oil stains in the stainless steel pot and the glass stove, but remember to wipe the salt after that, or the stainless steel pot will turn black.
