Italy fined more than 10000 for driving and playing with mobile phones, and the driver's license was revoked twice for 3 months
The Italian house of Representatives recently passed an amendment to the road traffic safety law to increase the penalties for driving, playing with mobile phones and speeding. The fine for driving mobile phones has increased from the current 422 euros to 1697 euros (about 13000 yuan). If it is found to be committed again, the driver's license will be revoked for up to three months on the basis of the fine.
