Iran withdraws from Iran's nuclear agreement, says it has no intention of war, and trump threatens t

The United States launched an air strike on January 3 to kill Iranian commander Sulaimani, leading to tension between the United States and Iran. On the evening of the 5th local time, Iranian media said that Iran announced that it would no longer abide by any restrictions of the Iranian nuclear agreement, further aggravating the situation in the Middle East. On the same day, US President trump warned that if Iran attacked any US personnel or targets, the United States "may retaliate quickly in a disproportionate manner".

In the early morning of January 3 local time, according to a statement issued by the Iraqi security department, three missiles were attacked near Baghdad International Airport, two vehicles were destroyed and several people were killed.

Iran announced its withdrawal from the Iranian nuclear agreement, but has no intention of war

According to Iran's official news agency on the 5th, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Mousavi said that in the evening of that day, the Iranian government will hold an important meeting to discuss and finally decide on specific measures to reduce the implementation of the fifth phase of the Iranian nuclear agreement. Iranian state television later reported that Iran announced that it would no longer abide by any restrictions of the 2015 Iran nuclear agreement.

Iranian state television quoted the statement of President Rouhani's government as saying that Iran will not impose any restrictions on its enriched uranium inventory and nuclear related research and development. Iran's foreign ministry once said that after Sulaimani was killed, Iran did not refuse to conduct nuclear negotiations with the United States within the framework of '5 plus 1'. The Iranian foreign ministry also said that Tehran has no intention of war with the United States, but is ready for any situation.

In July 2015, Iran and six countries on the Iranian nuclear issue (the United States, Britain, France, Russia, China and Germany) reached a comprehensive agreement on the Iranian nuclear issue. According to the agreement, Iran promised to limit its nuclear program and the international community would lift sanctions against Iran. In May 2018, the United States announced its withdrawal from the Iran nuclear agreement and gradually resumed the sanctions against Iraq suspended due to the agreement.

In response to the unilateral withdrawal of the United States from the Iran nuclear agreement, Iran has suspended the performance of some provisions of the Iran nuclear agreement in stages since May 2019. On July 1, Iran announced that its uranium enrichment stock exceeded 300 kg, and on July 8, it announced that its uranium enrichment abundance exceeded the upper limit of 3.67% stipulated in the Iran nuclear agreement; On September 6, it announced that it would abandon its commitment to nuclear energy research and development and would no longer abide by the restrictions on centrifuges in the agreement; On November 5, Rouhani said that he would start the centrifuge at the fuldo uranium enrichment plant and take the "fourth step" of suspending the implementation of the Iranian nuclear agreement.
