As a competitor of Shunfeng, Zhongtong, Yuantong, Shentong and Yunda account for 22%, 18%, 14% and 14% respectively in Fengchao system, which are far higher than that of Shunfeng.

At present, sellers of Alibaba e-commerce platform can't choose SF express in the background, and can only send express bill number directly to users. But because SF is the only one in the domestic high-end logistics market, it is difficult for these sellers to abandon SF.

As a leading enterprise in the e-commerce industry and logistics industry, the relationship between Alibaba and SF is very delicate. Both sides hope to establish their leading position in their industry and are afraid of the cross-border competition of each other. In this context, Alibaba has built a rookie network, and Shunfeng has launched a number of e-commerce products.
