What should we pay attention to when using e-ticket in high-speed rail pilot project

During the Spring Festival transportation this year, electronic tickets will be implemented on most high-speed rail lines in China. According to the statistics of China Singapore Jingwei client, up to now, all high-speed rail lines and 160 EMU stops of the Yangtze River Delta railway have realized the application of electronic passenger tickets.

All high-speed rail lines in the Yangtze River Delta realize the application of e-ticket

Before November 11, at least 103 e-ticket pilot stations were added across the country, involving 8 places such as Shandong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guangdong and Guangxi. Since November 12, the Yangtze River Delta railway has gradually expanded the application and implementation scope of e-ticket. It is found that as of December 16, all high-speed rail lines and 160 EMU stops of the Yangtze River Delta railway have enabled electronic passenger tickets.

Among them, on July 27, 20 stations of Shanghai Nanjing Intercity Railway piloted the application of e-ticket; On November 12, the first batch of 45 stations in East Hangzhou, South Nanjing and South Hefei opened e-tickets; On November 20, the second batch of 48 stations in Shanghai, such as Hongqiao, Ningbo and Lianyungang, launched e-tickets; On November 16, the third batch of 24 stations in Suzhou north, Wuxi East and Yangzhou opened e-tickets.

On December 1, Zhengzhou Fuyang high-speed railway and Shangqiu Hefei section (Shanghe Hangzhou north section) of Beijing Hong Kong high-speed railway were put into operation. On December 16, Xuzhou Yancheng high-speed railway and Lianyungang Zhenjiang high-speed railway Lianyungang Huai'an section (Lianzhen north section) were officially put into operation.

It is understood that a total of 23 stations of the four new lines of Zheng Fu, Shang He hang (North Section), Xu Yan and Lian Zhen (North Section) have started to use e-tickets simultaneously since the date of opening. So far, all high-speed railway lines and 160 EMU stops in the Yangtze River Delta railway have realized the application of electronic passenger tickets, which will lay a solid foundation for the organization of Railway Spring Festival transportation in 2020.

Beijing bureau is piloting three lines under its management, including the Beijing Xiong intercity railway

From December 10, e-ticket business has been piloted in 7 stations along the Beijing Tianjin Intercity Railway, including South Beijing, Tianjin, West Tianjin, Wuqing, Tanggu, Binhai and North military grain city. This is the third pilot line selected by China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. after the trial implementation of e-ticket business in the Beijing South Dezhou east section of Beijing Shanghai high speed railway and the Beijing West Daxing airport section of Beijing Xiong intercity railway.

On September 26, the section from Beijing West to Daxing airport of Beijing Xiong intercity railway was put into operation. At the same time, it became the first line using electronic tickets in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. On November 26, the e-ticket business was piloted at six stations in the south of Beijing, west of Tianjin, Langfang, south of Tianjin, west of Cangzhou and east of Dezhou between the south of Beijing and the east of Dezhou of Beijing Shanghai high speed railway. So far, Beijing Bureau has launched three pilot e-tickets on the lines under its management.

The Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway will be opened at the end of the year, and electronic tickets will be adopted for the whole line

The Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway began trial operation on December 3 and entered the countdown to the official opening at the end of the year. It is understood that there are 10 stations along the Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway, starting from Beijing North railway station, passing through Qinghe station, Shahe station (no passenger transport), Changping Station, Badaling Great Wall Station, donghuayuan north station, Huailai station, Xiahuayuan north station and Xuanhua north station to Zhangjiakou station.

The Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway also adopts electronic tickets for the whole line. Passengers do not need to enter the station with tickets, but can enter the station with valid ID card and 12306 dynamic QR code. Qinghe station of Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway is also equipped with a ticket comprehensive machine for the first time. This machine can realize multiple functions of selling, taking, changing, returning and public security certificate making, and truly realize full self-service.

There are other things to pay attention to when using 'e-ticket'

Using electronic tickets, although passengers do not need to take paper tickets in advance and can enter the station with ID card or mobile phone QR code "second speed", for unfamiliar passengers, there are the following points to pay attention to:

1. How do I find a seat?

Passengers can query in the 12306 account order, or view SMS, wechat, e-mail, etc., and can master the train number, seat, travel time, ticket gate and other information of e-ticket.

2. What if the cell phone is dead?

Passengers can choose to download and print by themselves through the website, or print the ticket purchase information sheet at the station ticket window and automatic ticket vending machine. The ticket information sheet also indicates the train number, ticket gate, carriage number, seat number and other key travel information.

3. Ticket reimbursement can be printed

Passengers who need paper tickets for reimbursement can also choose to print tickets at the station ticket window and automatic ticket vending machine. The style of tickets is the same as those used in the past, but there is a prompt on the face of the ticket "for reimbursement only, not as a travel voucher". Passengers can choose to print at the departure station or at the terminal station after getting off.

4. There is no change in the ticket purchase method of children passengers

It is worth noting that the ticket purchase method of children passengers has not changed. When checking in, passengers with children's tickets must complete the real name verification, entry and exit check-in procedures through artificial channels with the original valid identity documents of themselves or adults in the same trade used during ticket purchase.

5. Student tickets need to be checked every academic year

Passengers who meet the conditions for purchasing student tickets shall go through the verification procedures of their resident identity documents and student discount cards at the designated ticket window of the station before taking the bus (student tickets shall be handled once before taking the bus every academic year). Passengers who pass the verification procedures can go through the real name system verification and entry and exit ticket checking procedures by themselves with their resident identity documents after purchasing the ticket. At the same time, railway station staff have the right to check their price reduction vouchers.
