The operator shall not obstruct the number carrying network transfer to interfere with users, which is a violation
The regulations on the administration of number carrying network transfer service came into force on December 1. The Ministry of industry and information technology made it clear in the regulations that telecom business operators shall provide users with convenient number carrying network transfer services, and shall not have violations such as hindering services, interfering with user selection, obstructing carry transfer, reducing the quality of communication services, comparative publicity, false publicity and so on.
