The state has fully liberalized the second child policy and encouraged everyone to have a second child, but there must be many mothers with concerns. There is breastfeeding leave when giving birth to a first child. Is there still a second child? What are the relevant policies?

According to the regulations, female employees who meet the provisions of family planning and give birth, and have difficulty raising the baby after the expiration of maternity leave, can apply for breast-feeding leave with their own application and the approval of the leader.

1. For those who give birth to the first child and receive the honor certificate for only child parents, the breastfeeding leave shall be 6 months, and the reward fee for only child parents shall be paid (until the child reaches the age of 14).

2. For the second child, breastfeeding leave is 3 months (if the second child is allowed according to the family planning regulations).

3. Conditional units can also give female employees with only children breast-feeding leave for one year (including maternity leave). During the breast-feeding leave, the salary will be paid, but the reward fee for only child parents will not be paid.

Leave for second child lactation:

1. The salary for 3 months and 6 months of breast-feeding leave shall be paid according to 80% of my basic salary plus post allowance and provincial subsidy, which will not affect promotion, salary adjustment and length of service.

Please take one year (including legal maternity leave) breast-feeding leave, the salary will be paid as usual, and the post allowance and provincial subsidy will be suspended. It does not affect promotion, salary adjustment and length of service calculation. Only child parents will not be rewarded.

2. Female employees with more than two children can take a one-year Postpartum Rest, and their wages other than maternity leave shall be paid at 80% of their basic wages.

3. Lactation time: female employees raising infants under one year of age shall be given two lactation times (including artificial feeding) in each shift, and each lactation time is 30 minutes for a single child. You can also combine the two lactation times. The lactation time of twins and above shall be multiplied according to the lactation time of single fetus. The labor quota shall be deducted for lactation time and round-trip time on the way, and the salary shall be paid as usual.
