Recently, scientists found a 'little wolf dog' frozen for 18000 years in the Siberian permafrost. It was only two months old when it died. The specimen was intact, including beard and eyelashes.
The researchers speculate that it may be the so-called wolf dog. The dog was domesticated by humans at least 20000 years ago. This species is in the transition stage from wolf to dog.
