Mobai sued didi for the infringement of two shared bicycles and claimed 2 million yuan for the infringing products
On November 26, according to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court, Moby sued the green orange and small blue bicycles operating on Didi, saying that they infringed the invention patent 'a lock' horseshoe lock.
It is reported that the invention patent was applied for in 2015, officially authorized and announced in 2018, and has legal intellectual property rights. Mobai company requested the two companies to stop manufacturing and using the infringing products and requested compensation of 2 million yuan.
After accepting the case, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court shall seal up and detain the alleged infringing shared bicycles according to law. At present, the case is under further trial.
