The reporter learned from the Yunnan fire rescue Corps on the 27th that on November 26, the Anshi tunnel under construction of Yunfeng Expressway in Fengqing County, Yunnan Province collapsed and some people were trapped. After the accident, the fire rescue brigade of Fengqing County immediately dispatched rescue, and the surrounding fire rescue forces rushed to the scene for reinforcement.

At 17:56, the fire rescue brigade of Fengqing County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province received an alarm. The Anshi tunnel (under construction) of Yunfeng Expressway in Fengqing County collapsed and some people were trapped. After receiving the alarm, Fengqing brigade immediately dispatched 3 fire engines and 12 commanders and fighters to the scene, and requested the detachment for reinforcement. The detachment dispatched 4 fire engines, 17 commanders and fighters and 2 search and rescue dogs from the full service headquarters and special service squadron to the scene, and dispatched 3 vehicles and 24 people from Lincang mine rescue team to reinforce.

At 18:30, Fengqing brigade arrived at the scene. After receiving the report, the chief engineer Yang Ruixin and director Zhao Yingqi of Yunnan fire rescue Corps immediately went to the command center to dispatch and guide the rescue work, and ordered the special service squadron of Baoshan detachment, Changning brigade and Nanjian brigade of Dali detachment to prepare for reinforcement.

According to the latest verification of the on-site rescue headquarters, a total of 15 people were trapped due to the tunnel collapse (2 people have been rescued). At 21:20, Yang Ruixin, chief engineer of the Corps, led 12 people in 3 vehicles of the full service headquarters to the scene to guide the rescue work, and dispatched 4 people in 1 vehicle of the emergency communication support team of Dali detachment to reinforce. At 21:25, the reinforcements of Lincang detachment arrived at the scene.
