The national examination has always emphasized examination discipline, and the punishment measures for cheating in this examination are becoming more and more severe.

In September this year, the Supreme People's court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate published the interpretation on Several Issues concerning the application of law in handling criminal cases such as cheating in organizing examinations, which made it clear that those who cheat in organizing examinations in the recruitment examination of civil servants should be identified as "serious circumstances". According to the provisions of the criminal law, they should be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years and a fine.

The "national examination" announcement also clearly states that "personnel who have been criminally punished for crimes, those who have been expelled from the Communist Party of China, those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, civil servants and organs (units) managed with reference to the civil service law." Staff who have been dismissed for less than 5 years and who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations shall not apply for the examination '.

The written examination results will be published in January 2020

According to the ratio between the number of interviewees and the number of planned employees specified in the recruitment rules, the central competent department of civil servants shall determine the candidates for the interview and professional ability test for each position in the order of written examination results from high to low, and publish them on the special website of the examination. If the proportion between the number of people who have reached the minimum qualified score line of the written examination and the number of planned employees is lower than the specified interview proportion, the recruitment position will be adjusted for the society. After the interview and professional ability test, the recruitment organ will publish the candidates' interview, professional ability test results and comprehensive results through the special examination website.
