Details of zero death rescue in Liangbaosi mine disaster: from beginning to end, the fire robot spra

'I want to call my daughter-in-law most.' A rescued miner from the Liangbaosi coal mine accident in Shandong Province told rescuers after he was rescued.

Today (November 21), 11 miners trapped underground in the Liangbaosi coal mine accident of Shandong energy Feicheng Mining Group Co., Ltd. were rescued and sent to hospital for treatment. At present, their vital signs are stable.

During the rescue, dozens of tons of ice were used to cool down underground. The rescue also has a fire robot that can spray water 100 meters away to go down the well for rescue. After the robot goes down the well, it can carry two 60 meter long water belts to walk.

Transport dozens of tons of ice to cool down underground

After the incident, local organizations launched rescue. Liu Jiayi, Secretary of Shandong provincial Party committee, rushed to the scene to command. The rescue headquarters established by the Shandong provincial government mobilized four rescue teams and 144 professionals to participate in the rescue.

A firefighter participating in the rescue said that the fire department has sent a number of rescue forces to participate in the rescue. The main force of on-site rescue is the mine rescue team, and firefighters provide help and guarantee for it.

The outside world did not know the details of the accident.

On the afternoon of November 20, the rescue headquarters informed the public that the accident was caused by a fire at the underground 3306 heading face. Except for 11 people trapped, other people rose to the well safely. The ignition point is 200 meters behind the trapped people.

Zhang Jinhong, leader of the fourth squadron of the rescue brigade of Yankuang Group, told the Beijing news that the fire was about 1000 meters underground.

During the rescue, the rescuers took ventilation, cooling and other measures, and extinguished the fire with high-pressure water gun and inert gas. However, due to the high temperature and high concentration of toxic and harmful gases such as carbon monoxide in the underground rescue site, the rescue is not easy.

Yan Minglai, leader of the Zao mine rescue brigade involved in the rescue, told the Beijing news that there was a lot of smoke underground, just like fog. The visibility was only 1 to 3 meters and the temperature reached 60-70 ℃.

In addition to the influence of visibility and temperature, there are toxic and harmful gases underground. Initially, the concentration of carbon monoxide underground is far beyond the acceptable concentration range for normal people.

Zhang Jinhong said that in the rescue, fire fighting, cooling, ventilation and smoke exhaust are very important. Rescuers also installed a fan and re laid an air duct to discharge toxic and harmful gases and thick smoke.

As of the evening of November 20, the rescue headquarters at the scene of the accident transported dozens of tons of suitcase sized ice cubes to the underground through mining cars for physical cooling.

On the evening of November 20, the reporter of the Beijing News saw at the wellhead of the coal mine that a large number of uniformed personnel were rescuing, and rescue personnel went down to the well from time to time. Some staff put the ice into the mine car and transported it underground continuously.

When the fire robot goes down the well, it can spray water 100 meters away

At more than 3 p.m. on November 20, two fire robots went down the well for rescue.

The Beijing News reporter learned from the accident rescue headquarters that a total of 6 robots were dispatched to the scene. Finally, according to the site conditions, two robots were arranged to enter the mine through the coal mine elevator for rescue operations.

According to the staff of CITIC Heavy Industry Kaicheng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., who developed the robot, they went down to the well to participate in the rescue operation. One is rxr-c6bd fire reconnaissance robot and the other is rxr-mc80bd fire reconnaissance robot

According to the above staff, after the two robots go down the well, the rear personnel control through the remote control equipment, which is equipped with a screen to observe the situation of any part of the machine in real time. After going down the well, the reconnaissance robot is mainly responsible for collecting information and transmitting it back to the rear: "the equipment it carries can monitor the surrounding temperature, visibility, harmful and combustible gases to the greatest extent, and analyze the environment ahead."

"Because the visibility underground is low and dangerous, we rely on the robot in front to transmit the picture to the dispatching room of the rear rescue headquarters in real time, and then operate it in the rear," the above staff said. After the fire fighting reconnaissance robot goes down the well, it can carry two 60 meter long water belts to walk. When it enters the core position of the fire accident, it can operate the remote control equipment to cool down and extinguish the fire, The water flow can reach 80 liters per second and the spraying distance can reach 100 meters.

The above staff told the Beijing news that the two fire robots that went down the well can work for four or five hours or charge while working. The fire-fighting robot has the characteristics of fire prevention, waterproof and explosion-proof, and will not roll over under complex terrain conditions.

An on-site rescuer said that due to the poor initial rescue environment, people could not enter the core scene of the accident. In addition to robot rescue, rescuers also used aerosol fire bombs to extinguish and cool down underground.

The trapped miners have no burns and respiratory tract damage

After more than 30 hours of rescue, good news came on the morning of November 21, and rescuers found the trapped people.

At about 8:30, 'they ran out.' Yan Minglai heard a colleague shouting. Then he saw two miners with black faces running out of the fire and hurried forward to help them. " This was the first time I saw them after the mine fire accident. I was very excited at that time. "

Two trapped miners rushed out of the fire. Yan Ming said that when the trapped people were found, the rescue workers could not enter because the temperature on the site was too high. They had to wait for the rescue workers to cool down and come out by themselves.

At 10:18, all 11 trapped people were rescued. The miners stayed underground for at least 34 hours from the night of November 19. Yan Minglai said that the trapped miners spent the 34 hours relying on self rescuers. The trapped place was not ventilated, but there was oxygen. The trapped position was about 120 meters away from the rescued position.

Zhang Jinhong said that the self-help device can provide oxygen. In addition, where the working face extends, the drinking water radiates. When the miners are trapped, there is always a water supply and corresponding production conditions.

Yan Ming said that when he saw these miners, he felt that they were in good condition, but he didn't have time to think more. He just sent them out one by one.

The Beijing News reporter saw at the scene that the 10 miners who raised the well in the first three batches could walk with the help of rescue workers. The last batch of miners were not convenient to walk and were carried out by rescue workers.

Among them, some miners' eyes were covered with wet towels. According to the on-site staff, the reason why they are covered with wet towels is that the trapped miners stay in the closed and dark underground for a long time and need to be protected when they see external light.

The rescued 11 miners were then sent to Jiaxiang County People's Hospital for treatment.

On the afternoon of November 21, Dr. Xiao yaolai, who was in charge of the treatment, told the Beijing news that after the rescued miners were sent to the hospital, the hospital did a comprehensive examination for them, including routine indicators such as blood routine, chest film and ECG. The results showed that the physical condition of all miners was basically normal, and the miners' respiratory tract had no injury symptoms, nor were they burned or smoked.

Xiao yaolai revealed that during the transfer, the medical staff on the ambulance will make a preliminary assessment of the miners' condition. If the miners' condition is very serious, they will be sent to a large general hospital immediately. However, the vital signs of the 11 miners were relatively stable, and they were successively sent to the local county hospital.

Xiao yaolai said that at present, the vital signs of all miners are very stable and in good condition. A comprehensive examination will be conducted tomorrow. If there are no other problems, they can return to work.

The enterprise involved has delayed or concealed the report of the accident

Liangbaosi coal mine is located in Jiaxiang County. The area is rich in mineral resources. The proven coal area in the territory is 125 square kilometers and the total reserves are 2.6 billion tons. A large number of coal mining enterprises are located here. The Liangbaosi coal mine involved this time is one of them.

According to the official website of Feicheng Mining Group Co., Ltd., Liangbaosi Energy Co., Ltd. is the first pair of modern mines developed and constructed by Feicheng Mining Group Co., Ltd. in Juye coalfield and Southwest Shandong new area.

This is not the first time that Liangbaosi coal mine has been paid attention to by the outside world.

According to dazhong.com, on August 15, 2016, a rockburst accident occurred in the mine, killing 2 people. However, after the accident, the company failed to report within the specified time limit, which was identified as a delayed accident. During the period of shutdown and rectification of the mine, another industrial accident occurred on August 16 and concealed it illegally. Both accidents were reported by Shandong Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau.

However, Liangbaosi coal mine still has many honors. According to the official website of Feicheng Mining Group Co., Ltd., Liangbaosi Energy Co., Ltd. has successively won the honorary titles of 'super safe and efficient mine', 'civilized coal mine', 'excellent enterprise management unit' in China's coal industry, the 'top ten coal mines' in Shandong Province and the' civilized unit 'of provincial management enterprises.

The reporter of the Beijing News noted that the week before the accident, on November 13, Liangbaosi coal mine also held safety standard evaluation activities to commend and reward the four 'safety Winning District teams' and 76 safety winning employees selected in October. This is the first time that the mine has carried out monthly safety model evaluation.
