LETV building auction suspended, suspected CEO refused to move out of the building

The auction of the original Beijing LETV building, originally scheduled to start on November 18, has been suspended because 'outsiders raised objections to the auction property'. Liu Yanfeng, the current chairman and CEO of LETV, an outsider in the case or still working there, refused to move out of the building. After Jia Yueting applied for personal bankruptcy, the building was auctioned by the judiciary, starting at about 678 million yuan.
