At about 14:00 on the same day, Li (female, 27 years old, from Huaicheng town) fell from a high-rise building on Jiefang middle road in the county. At that time, Li's motorcycle passed through the section. Two girls Wu mouchun (8 years old) and Wu mouqing (7 years old, both from Wenlang Town, living in the county town) on the tail seat of the motorcycle were hit by Li. Li died on the spot and injured Wu mouchun and Wu mouqing.
