4. There is no agreement with the carrier on the term limit on the Internet, or the term limit on the Internet has been lifted;
5. It has been 120 days since the last network transfer with number;
6. There are no businesses that affect the use of other number payment or tariff packages (such as primary and secondary card business, integration business, family business, account closing business, group business, No. 1 dual terminal business, etc.).
What number can't be transferred to the Internet?
As of November 13, 2019, China's number carrying network transfer service is only for mobile phone (including mobile / China Unicom / Telecom) number users, and satellite, mobile communication resale and Internet of things application numbers (such as network numbers 1349, 174, 170, 171, 162, etc.) are not supported temporarily.
Take China Unicom as an example, the following numbers cannot handle the number carrying network transfer service:
1. Satellite mobile service number: network numbers are 1349, 174, etc;
2. Mobile communication resale number: network numbers are 170, 171, 162, 165, 167, etc;
