At 14:35 on November 13, 2019, China successfully launched Ningxia No. 1 satellite (also known as zhongzi satellite) with a long March 6 carrier rocket at Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in the form of one arrow and five stars. The satellite successfully entered the predetermined orbit and the mission was a complete success.
The five satellites of Ningxia No. 1 are commercial aerospace projects independently invested and constructed by Ningxia Jinsi Information Technology Co., Ltd. Satellites are mainly used in remote sensing and other fields.
Ningxia No. 1 satellite and long march No. 6 carrier rocket were developed by aerospace Dongfanghong Satellite Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Aerospace Technology Research Institute respectively.
This mission is the 318th space flight of the long march series of launch vehicles.

In 2015, the burden of commanding the first flight position of Long March 6 rocket fell on Li Cheng. When the high-profile Long March 6 launch vehicle stood upright on the launch tower and entered the launch countdown program, the primary engine failed and the launch program was forced to stop.
The rocket carries a large amount of high-performance fuel. After the launch procedure is terminated, the fault must be eliminated as soon as possible, otherwise there is a great risk. At the critical moment, Li Cheng led the team to carefully check the status of the rocket and ground equipment at the time of suspension of the program, assault to complete the recovery of the rocket status, ensure the safety of the rocket that has been filled with liquid oxygen, and seriously study the organization and command procedure for delaying the launch again for 24 hours.
24 hours later, the Long March 6 rocket re entered the program and launched on time, setting a new aerospace record of "20 stars with one arrow".
