Military service registration is compulsory

Article 13 of the military service law of China stipulates that the State implements the military service registration system. Male citizens who have reached the age of 18 before December 31 of each year shall register for military service before June 30 of that year in accordance with the arrangements of the military service organs of counties, autonomous counties, cities and municipal districts.
According to relevant regulations, military service registration is the registration management of citizens who meet the age of military service.
