LEGO themed amusement facilities with unique style, themed scenic spots and a full scene theme hotel with 250 guest rooms & hellip& hellip; Jinshan information office said: the theme resort of 'Legoland Park Resort', a family entertainment theme park resort, has been selected in Jinshan District and is expected to be completed after 2023.
Shanghai LEGO Paradise Resort will become one of the largest LEGO paradise resorts in the world. The resort will integrate the theme elements of Lego blocks and Chinese culture, create an immersive parent-child interaction experience, and provide children and families with entertainment experience projects and interactive educational courses that stimulate imagination and creativity and rich sense of science and technology.
In addition to the unique LEGO theme park, it will also have a supporting full scene theme hotel. The joint venture will develop and construct Shanghai LEGO Paradise Resort and establish a management company to operate the resort. Integrating the "Jinshan element" into the site selection of LEGO Park, Jinshan will present a Lego brand Park loved by children and families all over the world for Shanghai citizens, and better attract tourists from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui and even the whole country to visit the park. In recent years, Jinshan District has gradually formed a main plate with 'southern coastal leisure, central rural ecology and Northern history and humanities' as the core.
The southern coastal area has rare natural resources such as living coastline, beach, fishing village and Jinshan three islands in Shanghai; Langxia Town, Lvxiang town and Zhangyan town in the core area of the central ecosystem have beautiful natural scenery and rich agricultural resources; Fengjing town, Zhujing town and Tinglin town in the north have a long history, profound heritage and rich cultural and tourism resources. LEGO Paradise Resort will blend with Jinshan coastal, pastoral, ancient town and other tourism elements, helping Jinshan to further become the back garden of Shanghai's international metropolis and a well-known and influential urban leisure and vacation tourism destination in the Yangtze River Delta and even the whole country.
In terms of transportation, Jinshan is an hour's drive from the center of Shanghai, covering 16 important cities in the Yangtze River Delta.
