The document shows that in addition to the captain involved being grounded for life, several senior executives such as the chairman, general manager and deputy general manager of maintenance of Guilin airlines have also been punished and fined for this matter.
On the afternoon of November 4, Guilin airlines reported that the violation of passengers entering the cockpit occurred on Guilin Airlines gt1101 Guilin feiyangzhou flight on January 4, 2019. Guilin Airlines decided to suspend the captain of the aircraft concerned for life, and other crew members involved were suspended indefinitely and subject to further investigation by the company. At the top of the notice on punishing the person responsible for the violation of Guilin Airlines passengers entering the cockpit, Guilin Airlines Co., Ltd. and its logo are marked, indicating that the 'secret level' of the document is public, and the issuer is Xu Xin.
