Regulations on travel restriction of 2019 Shanghai international fair notice on travel restriction of the second International Fair
In order to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the special activities of the second China International Import Expo in 2019, according to the road traffic safety law of the people's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau decided to take traffic control measures for some areas and roads in the city on November 4 and November 5. It is hereby notified as follows:
1、 From 17:00 to 21:00 on November 4, South Suzhou Road (Middle Sichuan Road to East Zhongshan Road), Dianchi Road (Middle Sichuan Road to East Zhongshan Road), Middle Sichuan Road (South Suzhou road to Jiujiang Road), Yuanmingyuan Road (South Suzhou road to Dianchi Road), and the Bund tunnel (two-way) are closed to traffic.
Two, from 17:30 on November 4th to 19:15 and from 21 to 21, Zhongshan east one way (Yanan East Road to Wai Bai Du bridge), Yanan elevated south side of the Jiangxi road ramp (ground road direction) closed, prohibit vehicular traffic.
3、 From 17:00 to 21:00 on November 4, the lower ramp of Jiangxi Road on the south side of Yan'an Viaduct (in the direction of the Bund tunnel) was closed and motor vehicles were prohibited.
4、 From 17:30 to 19:15 on November 4, the south side of Yan'an Viaduct (from the upper ramp of Hongxu road to the lower ramp of Jiangxi Road) is prohibited from motor vehicles; From 19:45 to 21:00, no motor vehicles were allowed to pass on the north side of Yan'an Viaduct (from the ramp on Jiangxi road to the lower ramp on Hongxu Road).
5、 From 7:30 to 10:15 on November 5, vehicles are prohibited from passing in the area surrounded by Zhuguang road Yinggang East Road Laigang road Songze Avenue (including the above roads).
6、 From 7:30 to 10:00 on November 5, motor vehicles are prohibited from passing on the north side of Yan'an Viaduct (ramp on Jiangxi road to S20 outer ring line), the north side of G50 (S20 outer ring line to Jiamin viaduct) and the east side of Jiamin Viaduct (G50 to Jianhong viaduct).
7、 From 7:45 to 10:15 on November 5, two-way traffic on Huaxiang Road (Shenlan road to Suhong Road) is prohibited.
8、 Vehicles with special passes are allowed to enter the traffic control area.
At that time, the public security traffic management department will advance or postpone the traffic control time according to the actual situation of the site, expand or narrow the scope of traffic control. Please make travel arrangements in advance and actively cooperate with the public security traffic management department.
Shanghai police said that the traffic control measures released this time do not conflict with the control measures previously released, and the area and time are different. The previously issued traffic control measures are still effective.
