According to Hong Kong's Ta Kung Pao, 18-year-old Hong Kong billiards player pan Zhengchao suddenly fainted during training at the Hong Kong Institute of sports on the evening of the 30th. The coach on the scene immediately summoned an ambulance. After the ambulance arrived, he was taken to the hospital and confirmed dead after rescue.
Pan Zhengchao has been trained at the Hong Kong Institute of sports since 2017. He was praised by Wu Anyi, the 'first sister' of Hong Kong billiards, saying that his basic skills are excellent and have potential. He won the third place in the world under 16 billiards championship in 2017.
