According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Commerce, last week (October 21-27), the market price of edible agricultural products increased by 4.6% over the previous week, and the market price of means of production decreased by 0.3% over the previous week.
Edible agricultural products market: the wholesale price of grain remained stable, and the prices of rice and flour were the same as the previous week. The wholesale price of edible oil decreased slightly, of which the price of rapeseed oil decreased by 0.2%, and the prices of peanut oil and soybean oil were the same as the previous week. The wholesale price of meat rose to varying degrees, of which the price of pork was 51.21 yuan per kilogram, an increase of 11%; The prices of beef and mutton were 65.81 yuan and 62.73 yuan per kilogram, up 1.2% and 1.7% respectively. The wholesale prices of poultry products increased, of which the prices of eggs and white striped chicken were 11.67 yuan and 20.22 yuan per kilogram, up 5.3% and 5.2% respectively. The wholesale prices of aquatic products increased slightly, among which the prices of hairtail, grass carp and carp increased by 1.4%, 0.8% and 0.2% respectively. The average wholesale price of 30 kinds of vegetables was 4.07 yuan per kilogram, up 3%, of which the prices of cucumber, beans and zucchini increased by 13.9%, 12.6% and 10.7% respectively. The average wholesale price of six fruits was 6.26 yuan per kilogram, down 1.7%, of which the prices of apple, pear, grape and banana decreased by 5.7%, 2.3%, 1.9% and 1.8% respectively, and the prices of watermelon and citrus increased by 8% and 0.3% respectively.
Means of production market: coal prices rose slightly, including power coal, anthracite and coking coal prices of 588 yuan, 897 yuan and 779 yuan per ton, up 0.5%, 0.1% and 0.1% respectively. Steel prices fell slightly, of which the prices of hot rolled strip, high-speed wire rod and rebar were 4011 yuan, 4071 yuan and 3963 yuan per ton, down 0.7%, 0.5% and 0.4% respectively. Nonferrous metal prices rebounded slightly, including copper prices rising by 1.1%, zinc and aluminum prices falling by 0.5% and 0.1% respectively. The price of chemical fertilizer decreased slightly, among which the price of urea and ternary compound fertilizer decreased by 0.5% and 0.2% respectively. The price of basic chemical raw materials continued to decline, among which the prices of polypropylene, methanol and soda ash decreased by 2.3%, 1.9% and 0.9% respectively, and the price of sulfuric acid increased by 0.5%. The price of rubber decreased slightly, of which the prices of synthetic rubber and natural rubber decreased by 1.9% and 0.8% respectively.
