According to the investigation, building ①, No. 148, Zhaohua Road, Changning District, is' 5 & middot; 16 'major collapse accident is a production safety responsibility accident. According to the investigation of the cause of the accident and the identification of the responsibility of the accident, and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of Party and government discipline, put forward handling opinions for the responsible persons and units of the accident: it is suggested to transfer 8 persons to the judicial organ; It is suggested that 16 people be punished by Party discipline and government affairs; Administrative penalties shall be imposed on the illegal acts of three accident related enterprises and relevant principals.
