01 it's very important to distinguish the front and back of contact lenses. Knead them in the palm of your hand. If you knead them, the opening is the front, and the turning out is the back.
02 hold the correct contact lens on the tip of the index finger, so that the glasses face up to meet our eyeballs.
03 look at the front of your eyes directly, pull the upper and lower eyelids apart with your middle fingers, and hold the lens on your fingertips to aim at the position of the cornea.
04 hold the lens with the index finger of the hand with lens, open the lower eyelid with the middle finger, and put the lens in gently.
After wearing the lenses, adjust the position of the lenses properly with two thumbs, close your eyes and turn your eyes to make the lenses comfortable to wear.
06 after wearing contact lenses, close your eyes and gently rub the eyelids with your fingers to ensure that the lenses do not fall off when you open your eyes.
