1、 The sales price of newly-built commercial housing increased slightly month on month, and the sales price of second-hand housing increased basically flat

In September, all localities resolutely implemented the deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, adhered to the positioning of "housing without speculation", further implemented the long-term management mechanism of real estate, and the real estate market price was generally stable with a slight rise and fall. According to preliminary estimates, the sales price of newly-built commercial houses in the four first tier cities increased by 0.4% month on month, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the previous month. Among them, Beijing and Guangzhou were flat, while Shanghai and Shenzhen rose 0.5% and 1.2% respectively. Second hand housing sales prices rose 0.3% month on month, flat last month. Among them, Beijing and Guangzhou decreased by 0.5% and 0.3% respectively, while Shanghai and Shenzhen increased by 0.6% and 1.3% respectively. The sales price of newly-built commercial housing in 31 second tier cities increased by 0.6% month on month, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the previous month; The sales price of second-hand houses rose 0.2% month on month, the same as last month. The sales price of new commercial housing in 35 third tier cities increased by 0.8% month on month, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the previous month; The sales price of second-hand houses increased by 0.7% month on month, down 0.1 percentage points from the previous month.

According to preliminary estimates, in September, the sales price of new commercial houses in first tier cities increased by 4.6% year-on-year, an increase of 0.4 percentage points over the previous month; The sales price of second-hand houses increased by 0.1% year-on-year and decreased by 0.2% last month. The sales prices of new commercial houses and second-hand houses in second tier cities increased by 9.3% and 4.7% respectively year-on-year, down 0.6 and 0.8 percentage points respectively from the previous month. The sales prices of new commercial houses and second-hand houses in third tier cities increased by 8.4% and 5.0% respectively year-on-year, down 0.6 and 0.8 percentage points respectively from the previous month.
