At 10:19 a.m. on September 14, Changzhou police 110 Command Center issued an instruction. Some people found an abnormal situation in douzhuang service area of Shanghai direction of Shanghai Nanjing Expressway: a white Kia with Su D license plate showed two feet in the trunk!
After receiving the alarm, the high-speed brigade informed the toll station of Changzhou section to deploy control and the road police to pay attention. After the police stopped the car, the driver was stunned.
The driver told the traffic police that his hometown was Mingguang, Anhui Province. When he went home to visit his relatives this time, he brought more than a dozen live chickens back to Changzhou.
