According to the data of the Bureau of statistics, in the past August, among the 70 large and medium-sized cities in China, the price index of new commercial housing in 55 cities increased month on month, and the number of rising cities decreased by 5 compared with the previous month, of which Nanning led the country with a month on month increase of 2.3%; The prices of new houses in 10 cities such as Nanjing, Jinan and Chongqing fell month on month, led by a decline of 0.9% in Shaoguan, and unchanged in 5 cities such as Hangzhou.

In terms of second-hand housing prices, the decline trend of the previous two months continued. 20 cities fell month on month in June, July and August. In addition, new houses and second-hand houses in 5 of the 70 cities decreased month on month, including Chongqing, Jinan, Urumqi, Yichang and Yueyang.

In August, the prices of new houses in four first tier cities rose collectively, with new houses rising 0.5% month on month in Beijing, 0.3% in Shanghai and 0.2% in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. In terms of second-hand housing, only Beijing decreased by 0.4% month on month, Shanghai and Guangzhou were flat, and Shenzhen rose by 0.2%.
