Liao Shijian, President of the criminal trial division of Hengxian people's court, said that the crime of intentional homicide is a felony. According to the provisions of the law, intentional homicide should be sentenced to death, life imprisonment and fixed-term imprisonment of more than 10 years. Then the victim Shi Moumou is a minor. The injury caused is a minor injury, and there is no consequence of death. According to the law, it belongs to the attempted crime of intentional homicide.
