Emergency treatment at the time of collision

A. check the wound: check whether there is puncture or bleeding at the place where the collision occurs. If there is bleeding in the area, seek medical advice immediately.

Ice pack, ice should not be too large, if too large, now will break the ice. Then put the crushed ice into a plastic bag, seal it, and then wrap the bag with a towel and apply it to the swollen area to eliminate the lump, instead of applying ice directly to the skin.

Don't rub the swollen parts with myrtle oil and aeolian essence, so as to avoid worsening the situation of blood vessel rupture and making the bleeding more serious.

C. examination of the anterior and posterior hili: the anterior and posterior hili of the baby's skull are the place where the skull is the latest to close. After hemostasis, dip a cotton stick in iodine, disinfect the wound from the inside out, and then wrap it with gauze or ventilating tape to avoid infection. In addition, the baby will not take care of the wound, often easy to get dirty or wet gauze, breathable adhesive tape, causing bacterial infection and inflammation of the wound, parents should pay more attention, and often change the dressing and clean gauze.
