Wound selection of caesarean section

(1) straight type

Operation method: in the middle of the navel, cut a wound about 15 cm.

Advantages: if there is any unexpected condition during the operation, it is convenient to enlarge the wound, the scope of the operation will be clear and the time will be faster.

Disadvantages: the appearance of the wound is not good-looking. In addition, the straight wound is also easy to grow scar tissue or produce abdominal hernia due to the relatively large pressure of scar pulling.

Operation method: in the upper edge of pubic bone under abdomen, that is, the upper edge of pubic hair, draw a wound about 10-15 cm horizontally, like a sign of smile.

Advantages: the wound is more beautiful, and it is not easy to produce abdominal hernia and scar tissue.

Disadvantages: the field of vision of the wound will be narrowed, which is not suitable for other complicated operations or obesity
