The sales price of second-hand houses increased by 0.3% month on month, which was flat last month. Among them, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen increased by 0.4%, 0.4% and 0.7% respectively, and Beijing decreased by 0.3%.

The sales price of newly-built commercial housing in 31 second tier cities increased by 0.7% month on month, down 0.1 percentage points from the previous month; The sales price of second-hand houses rose by 0.4%, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the previous month.

The sales prices of new commercial houses and second-hand houses in 35 third tier cities increased by 0.7% month on month, the same as last month.

Among the newly-built houses, 26 cities increased month on month, and the more typical ones are Nanjing, Ganzhou, Jinhua and Mudanjiang. Among second-hand housing, 36 cities increased month on month, mainly including Jinzhou, Xiamen, Taiyuan and Hefei.
