What are the symptoms of cervical spondylosis
Cervical spondylosis, also known as cervical syndrome, is the general name of cervical osteoarthritis, proliferative cervical spondylitis, cervical nerve root syndrome and cervical disc herniation. It is a disease based on degenerative pathological changes. It is mainly due to long-term cervical strain, hyperosteogeny, or intervertebral disc prolapse and ligament thickening, resulting in compression of cervical spinal cord, nerve root or vertebral artery, resulting in a series of clinical syndromes of dysfunction. The clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis are complex. How many kinds of legal occupational diseases are there in China
According to China's economic development level and referring to the prevailing international practices, on December 23, 2013, the state health and Family Planning Commission, the Ministry of human resources and social security, the State Administration of work safety and the all China Federation of trade unions jointly issued the classification and catalogue of occupational diseases, which is divided into 10 categories, a total of 132 kinds. Among them: 13 kinds of pneumoconiosis and 6 kinds of other respiratory diseases; 11 occupational radiation diseases; 60 kinds of occupational chemical poisoning; 7 kinds of occupational diseases caused by physical factors; 5 kinds of occupational infectious diseases; 9 kinds of occupational skin diseases; 3 kinds of occupational eye diseases; 4 kinds of occupational otorhinolaryngology and oral diseases; 11 occupational tumors; There are 3 other occupational diseases.
Constituent elements of occupational diseases
The occupational diseases specified in the law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of occupational diseases must meet the following four conditions:
1. The main body of the disease is the workers of enterprises, institutions or individual economic organizations;
2. It must be produced in the process of engaging in professional activities;
3. It must be caused by exposure to occupational hazards such as dust, radioactive substances and other toxic and harmful substances;
4. It must be the occupational disease listed in the occupational disease classification and catalogue published by the state.
None of the four conditions is indispensable.
